Ahh, lovely Ontario from 40C to 15C in a week. I’m not sure if we’ll get another heat wave or not. So it looks like time to put the shorts away and get back to pants and fleece, which is fine because I stocked up on fleece during the summer. The ‘long’ weekend has looked pretty gray, lots of on and off rain. Bah.

It has been a lazy weekend. Saturday JP and my sister came down. We grabbed a bite at Caruso’s (mmm Meatza) then ventured over to Ikea near Vaughn Mills. It is always fun to walk around Ikea if you haven’t been there for awhile. Ultimately though, I think we have outgrown Ikea. We looked at some living room chairs and shelving but the quality is ho-hum even if the price is right. I think spending a little more for ‘better woods’ and craftsmanship is money well spent.

We spent most of yesterday with Kev and Suz. it’s been awhile since we last saw them. They are easy guests to have. We both needed groceries so we started the day going to Zehrs. After we stocked up on food we went for a walk in Albion Hills, even though Kev hates walking. But don’t you walk when you hunt? *smirk* We (well Kev) decided on Kelsey’s for dinner. It was average restaurant fare, I prefer Jack Astor’s if we going to that type of restaurant, but we don’t have on here in Bolton. Suz wasn’t feeling well after dinner so they left right after dinner.

Sunday has been laundry and gaming. I might do some work on a website I’m working on in the evening.

The twitter feed isn’t working. Twitter have changed their authentication protocol so I have to figure out how to recode it so it works.
